Freedom Fox Shipping Policy

Freedom Fox Designs is committed to delivering digital products and services efficiently and securely to our clients. As a service-based business, most of our offerings, such as website design, branding, and business administration solutions, are digital and therefore not shipped physically.
This policy outlines our guidelines for delivering digital products and, when applicable, physical materials associated with our services.
1. Delivery of Digital Products and Services

Project Milestones: Digital files, project drafts, and final deliverables (such as website files, logos, or branding assets) are provided electronically via secure methods, such as email or a secure cloud storage link, upon completion of each project milestone.

Timeline: The timeline for each project varies depending on the scope, complexity, and client requirements. Estimated timelines will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement.

Delivery Confirmation: Once a digital deliverable is completed, Freedom Fox Enterprises will notify the client via email with download instructions or an access link. The client is responsible for downloading and securing the files within the provided timeframe.
2. Physical Materials (if applicable)

Printed Marketing Collateral: In cases where clients require printed branding or marketing materials (such as brochures, business cards, or posters), Freedom Fox Designs may coordinate with third-party printing and shipping providers to facilitate delivery.

Shipping Rates and Costs: Shipping rates and costs for physical materials are calculated based on the client’s location and the size of the order. Clients are responsible for all shipping and handling fees, which will be disclosed and invoiced prior to shipment.

Delivery Time for Physical Goods: Delivery times vary based on the client’s location and the shipping service selected. Freedom Fox Designs will provide tracking information for physical shipments if applicable.
3. International Shipping

Digital Products: All digital services are available worldwide. However, certain restrictions may apply depending on local laws and regulations in the client’s country.

Physical Products: For international orders, additional shipping fees, customs, and import duties may apply. Freedom Fox Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other international shipping issues.
4. Refunds and Returns

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final once the work is approved and delivered. Refunds or modifications may be provided only in cases of incomplete or unsatisfactory service based on the agreed project scope.

Physical Goods: If a physical product is damaged or incorrect, please contact Freedom Fox Designs within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange a replacement or refund. Returns for printed collateral are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or there was an error in production directly attributable to Freedom Fox Enterprises.
5. Support

Freedom Fox Designs offers support for digital products and services for a period of 30 days after project delivery. For ongoing support, maintenance, or additional changes, clients may consider our retainer services.
