  • Project timelines vary based on complexity and scope. Generally, a basic website may take 2 weeks, while more extensive, custom projects can take 4 weeks. We’ll provide a detailed timeline tailored to your project during the proposal phase.

3. Do you offer ongoing website maintenance?

  • Yes! Freedom Fox Designs offers several maintenance plans to ensure your website stays updated, secure, and optimised. We also provide monthly performance reports and regular content updates. Contact us for more information on our maintenance packages.

4. What if I need to make changes to my project after it’s completed?

​

  • We’re happy to assist with any changes or additions. For small edits or updates within 30 days post-launch, contact us for complimentary support. For more extensive revisions or ongoing needs, you may choose one of our retainer packages.

5. How does billing work?

​​​

  • For all contracted services including website design, we commence the project with a consultation fee, project proposal and a minimum deposit paid upfront (as per your proposal).

  • The remaining balance is required prior to project completion.

  • For ongoing services like advertising campaigns or website maintenance, invoices are payable upon receipt by customers prior to commencement. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers and PayPal.
