At Freedom Fox Designs, we are committed to providing exceptional services in marketing, website design, administration and bookkeeping. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are applicable and the process for requesting them.

General Refund Conditions

1. Eligibility for Refunds

   • Refunds are only applicable for services purchased directly from Freedom Fox Designs and not through third-party vendors.

   • Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the service purchase date.

2. Non-refundable Services

   • Custom work already completed, such as personalised marketing strategies, website design drafts, or completed bookkeeping reports, is non-refundable.

   • Services provided on a subscription basis are not eligible for refunds for work already performed

   • Ongoing subscription and plan services can be cancelled anytime and refunds provided for work paid for in advance but not commenced

   • No refunds will be given for change of mind on prepaid works unless there are exceptional circumstances.

 

Specific Services Refund Policy

Marketing Services

• Consultation Fees: Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

• Campaign Management: If a campaign has been launched, pro-rata refunds may be considered for the unused portion of the service upon written request and at our discretion.

Website Design

• Initial Deposits: Deposits made for website design services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Project Cancellations: If a project is canceled before completion, the client is liable for payment of work completed up to the cancellation date.

• No refunds will be provided for fully functional custom websites that are operational and have been agreed upon during the consultation and feedback sessions.

Administration & Bookkeeping

• Monthly Services: Refunds are not available for monthly bookkeeping services once reports have been generated and delivered.

• Error Correction: In the event of errors caused by Freedom Fox Enterprises, corrections will be made at no additional cost.

Company / Organisation Registration Services

• Non refundable

• You will be the rightful owner of all organised registrations and no refunds will be provided for completed lodgements. You may be eligable for a partial refund if the application process has not been undertaken and no moneys yet charged by ASIC and other registration authorities.

Refund Process

1. Request Submission

   • To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at support@freedomfox.com.au with your order details and the reason for the request.

2. Review and Response

   • Our team will review your request and respond within 10 business days. Additional documentation may be requested to process your refund.

3. Refund Issuance

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

   • Refunds can be applied via alternative payment forms upon written request to Freedom Fox.

Additional Information

​

• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first may be considered a violation of this policy and could result in service termination.

• Policy Changes: Freedom Fox Designs reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
